Learn how to make homemade veggie pizza recipe, easy to make comes out perfect every-time. The vegetarian pizzas are made mainly for consumers who prefer vegetables
and generally ingredients such as peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheddar,
Mozzarella, olives, onions and corn are used. In case there are any
ingredients in the pizza which you do not like you can have it removed or
have the ones you like added on more.
2pc Pizza base
1/4 cup capsicum, julienne cut
1/4 cup onion, julienne cut
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 sweet corn
1/4 cup capsicum, julienne cut

4 tablespoon pizza sauce
1 tablespoon schezwan sauce
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Oregano - for garnishing
Chilli flakes - for garnishing

Instructions:
1. Dice all the vegetables needed for the toppings(you can add more vegetables
as per your choice).
2. Preheat the oven at 180C / 350 F for 10 mins.
3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on each pizza base and top it with
vegetables of your choice.
4. Now add mozzarella cheese on it.
5. Place the parchment paper or foil on a baking tray and place the base on
the tray.
6. Place the tray in the oven.
7. Cook the pizza for 10-12 mins and take it out once the cheese has melted
and base is cooked properly.
8. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes on it. Serve hot and
enjoy!
