I have been making this cheese garlic bread for some time now and
thoroughly enjoyed eating it every single time. This garlic bread is easy and simple to make. You can calm your rumbling
tummy with no efforts!
Ingredients:
1 baguette or any loaf
2 tablespoon of Butter
1 teaspoon Oregano
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt, to taste
3 tablespoon of olives
3 tablespoon of sweet corn
½ a teaspoon of chilli flakes
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 180C / 350 F.
2. Cut the bread in half, vertically and make bite-sized slits on the bread.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix butter, garlic and salt together until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the entire loaf.
4. Place the parchment paper or foil on a baking tray and place the bread on the baking tray.
5. Put some olives and sweet corn on the bread, top with mozzarella cheese.
6. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes on bread.
7. Bake for 10 mins or till the bread is done.
